Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2-3 years of related experience or training in construction.
• Basic knowledge of pipe fitting and construction safety.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret measuring tools to perform tasks accurately.
• Assist journeyman with planning, layout, installation, testing and repair of piping systems.
• Use hand and power tools to fit and install pipe and tubing; work with various joint types.
• Coordinate with installation crews and maintain safety checks.
