Job summary

Responsibilities include routine venipuncture, specimen handling, and limited data entry in LIS/e-Source. Night shift, 32 hours per week, with emphasis on safety and teamwork in a high reliability organization.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Driver's License required.
• Experience in phlebotomy or clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• 70% phlebotomy and/or specimen processing with safe handling and patient communication.
• 15% computer-related tasks (LIS, e-Source).
• 5% training new employees and students.
• 5% regulatory compliance (CAP, OSHA, CMS).
• 5% maintaining competencies and education.
