Link Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Associate – Shipping & Packaging in Texas. The role supports a closed-door pharmacy by accurately preparing, packaging, and shipping prescriptions, with a focus on compounded medications and overnight fulfillment.

Responsibilities include assembling orders, building cold-chain shipments, labeling, and ensuring accuracy before dispatch, while complying with HIPAA, the Texas State Board of Pharmacy, and internal quality controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Dependable and able to work overnight shifts.
• Shipping, fulfillment, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Physical requirements: stand/walk, lift up to 40 lbs, repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Package and prepare compounded medication orders for shipment following pharmacist verification.
• Build cold-chain shipments using validated packaging methods.
• Generate shipping labels and coordinate carrier pickups.
• Verify patient information and order contents for accuracy before sealing.
• Maintain packaging supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Meet daily volume, accuracy, and turnaround targets.
• Keep the packing and shipping area clean, organized, and audit-ready.
• Follow HIPAA, Board of Pharmacy, and internal compliance requirements.
