Job summary

The role supports pharmacists and technicians, with emphasis on accuracy and speed. Physical exertion is involved, including lifting and standing for long periods. Training is provided and full-time hours are available.

Qualifications

• Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills.
• Minimum of six months general work experience.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Must be able to stand, walk and lift for up to ten hours daily.
• Ability to reach, twist, turn, bend, stoop and walk.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with dispensing pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to prepare patient medication orders.
• Packages customer orders for shipment and receive and stock supplies.
• Maintains warehouse stock and records; conducts monthly inventory reviews.
• Restocks packing stations with shipping supplies to ensure resources are available.
• Creates sorting order forms based on courier class to ensure clear information.
• Monitors stations and trains new operations assistants; conducts data scans and audits.
