Responsibilities

• Lab Support & Compound Prep: assist with prep tasks, bottle products, label goods, count capsules, clean equipment.
• Packaging & Quality Control: pack non-sterile dosage forms per Strive quality standards.
• Inventory & Supply Management: monitor and restock lab supplies to prevent delays; flag issues.
• Cleaning & Compliance: perform lab cleaning per SOPs and USP <795>/<800> guidelines, use PPE.
• Documentation & Team Support: data entry in LifeFile and spreadsheets; support team operations.
