Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our team in a cleanroom environment, following cGMP standards and safety guidelines.

This role focuses on hands-on manual and automated manufacturing operations using centrifuges, processing tanks, and ultrafiltration systems. No degree required; a high school diploma or GED is enough to start, with a clear training plan and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Strong math and communication abilities; team-oriented.
• Willingness to work extended hours and across departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on execution of manual and automated manufacturing operations using centrifuges, tanks, ultrafiltration, COP cabinets, CIP stations, and assembly.
• Material handling: requesting, weighing and adding chemicals, and suspending paste.
• Unload/load and palletize product; operate forklift after training.
• Transport product between production, warehouse and cold storage.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and chemicals; maintain readiness of the production area.
• Participate in continuous improvement teams and apply improvement tools.
• Follow safety/EHS requirements, SOPs and cGMP policies.
• Remove hazardous waste as required.
• Clean production areas and equipment; ensure materials and PPE are present.
• Maintain orderly work areas per cGMP and internal requirements.
• May perform other duties; training plan will be provided.
