Qualifications

• Sufficient technical competence to organize and lead production activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on execution of manual and automated manufacturing operations.
• Operate equipment including centrifuges, processing tanks, and filtration systems.
• Assist with loading/unloading, palletizing, and transportation of product.
• Ensure production area readiness and compliance with cGMP, safety rules, and SOPs.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and safety training.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and proper PPE inventory.
