Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc is seeking an HVAC Technician to join our Facilities Maintenance team in Rensselaer, NY. You will be responsible for start-up, normal operation, monitoring and shutdown of HVAC and related equipment, contributing to a fast-growing, science-driven organization.

The role includes maintenance of chillers, freezers, and Ultra Low Temperature units, operation of BAS, daily rounds, and collaboration with outside contractors for PM and repairs.

Qualifications

• AAS with 2+ years experience for Technician II, 5+ years for Technician III, 8+ years for Technician IV.
• EPA certification for refrigeration gases.
• Experience with industrial HVAC systems and air handling.
• Ability to work in production areas with SOPs and cGMPs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor HVAC equipment and refrigeration systems.
• Operate and troubleshoot BAS and building automation controls.
• Coordinate with vendors and other departments for PM and repairs.
• Participate in on-call rotations for site emergencies.
