Job summary

Regeneron is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician for our Menands, New York campus. The role involves start-up, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of HVAC and related equipment, following cGMPs and SOPs.

The position features a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm schedule and may require on-call duties for site emergencies. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot industrial air handling systems, and coordinate with external vendors while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance

Qualifications

• Experience in AC, Heating, Chilled Water Systems and Building Automation is required.
• Electronic, PLC, mechanical and building automation systems knowledge is a plus.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain coolers and freezers including Ultra Low temperature freezers.
• Operate centrifugal and reciprocating refrigeration chillers.
• Maintain chilled water systems, pumps and air compressors.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC and facility systems.
• Coordinate with contractors/vendors for scheduled or unscheduled work.
• Follow cGMPs, GDPs and SOPs to ensure safe operations.
