Apploi is hiring Personal Care Attendants (PCA)/Bedmaker for night shift. Under supervision of a Licensed Nurse, the PCA provides essential personal care and daily living assistance to residents, maintaining dignity and privacy while documenting observations for the care team.

The role emphasizes teamwork, confidentiality, and reliable performance of routine tasks, including turning residents, changing linens, and responding to call lights.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet minimum age requirements of 18.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism with confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate at all levels and work well in a team.
• Customer service oriented with ability to work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care, etc.) for residents daily and as needed.
• Change bed linen and maintain supplies in resident rooms.
• Routinely turn and position residents as necessary.
• Respect residents' choices within care constraints.
• Provide input to nurses for the care plan development.
• Promptly answer call lights and assist with resident needs.
