Job summary

Job Haines Home is seeking a Personal Care Attendant to provide daily resident care in our Assisted Living Residence.

The PCA will perform routine services, follow care plans, assist with meals and activities, and document resident care under supervision.

Qualifications include NJ CNA certification and English proficiency; prior geriatric LTC experience is preferred; night shift; part-time opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification in New Jersey is mandatory.
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily resident care as directed by the Assisted Living Supervisor.
• Follow established care plans and facility procedures.
• Assist with meals, mobility, bathing, dressing and grooming as assigned.
• Document care provided and report changes in resident condition.
