You will float between Ronald Reagan UCLA and Santa Monica units, ensuring seamless c are across locations. The position requires a BSN or MSN, BLS, NRP, and at least 2 years of perinatal experience.

Qualifikationen

• BSN or MSN is required.
• BLS certification from ARC or AHA is required.
• NRP certification is required.
• At least 2 years of Perinatal (Labor & Delivery + Postpartum) RN experience is required.
• Ability to perform nursing assessments (historical, physical, behavioral) and to develop care plans with patient involvement.
• Official transcripts or diploma from an accredited nursing program must be provided at hire.

Aufgaben

• Float between Ronald Reagan UCLA and Santa Monica UCLA Health departments as census needs require.
• Provide exceptional nursing care for Perinatal patients and guide team members.
• Supervise nursing interventions and assign related tasks.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Deliver detailed care instructions to patients and families.
