Lignetics Inc. in Mountain View, Arkansas is seeking a Plant Operator to operate pellet mills and dryers on a night shift (6pm-6am, Sun-Wed). The role includes regulating material mix, monitoring temperatures, and completing daily performance reports.

Requires 1–2 years industrial production experience and forklift certification, with physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs. benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off and training assistance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years production experience in an industrial setting is preferred.
• Must pass forklift certification.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are required.
• Must be able to perform simple math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust pellet mills and dryers per specifications, monitoring temperatures and bin levels.
• Regulate material mix to optimize moisture and density.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, spot fires, and hot bearings.
• Maintain pellet mill feed rates and update rolls/dies as needed.
• Complete daily reports with temperature, moisture, density, and daily tonnage.
