Lignetics Inc. is hiring a Mill and Dryer Controls Operator in Show Low, Arizona. The role covers pellet mill and dryer operation on both day and graveyard shifts, with a 7p–7a rotating schedule. Expected pay is $20.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and the need to pass pre-employment checks.

The position requires lifting up to 80 lbs, working with temperatures, and maintaining equipment and quality control measures. A High School diploma or GED and production experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years production experience in an industrial setting preferred.
• Process controls experience a plus; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust pellet mills and dryer inlet/outlet temperatures per specifications.
• Regulate material mix for optimal pellet moisture and density; manage bin levels.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, spot fires, and hot bearings.
• Maintain pellet mill feed rates and replace rolls/dies as needed.
• Complete daily reports with temperature readings, moisture, density checks, and daily totals.
