Job summary

Lignetics Group is seeking a Pellet Mill Equipment Operator for night shifts at our facility. You will operate and adjust 3 pellet mills, perform QC on finished pellets, test raw materials, and monitor moisture and roll changes while maintaining a safety-first approach.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to communicate in English, and physical endurance to lift up to 80 lbs and stand for long periods. Pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
• Requires working knowledge of the production process.
• Requires a high degree of technical, analytical skills.
• Must be able to pass the forklift certification.
• Requires lifting up to 80 lbs, standing up to 12 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust 3 pellet mills.
• Perform QC testing of finished pellets.
• Test incoming raw material and moisture content.
• Change pellet mill rolls/dies using overhead hoist.
• Perform routine inspections of the process to identify issues.
