Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required from recognized bodies.
• Intermediate computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for patients with minimal supervision.
• Provides direct nursing care and assumes teaching/leadership responsibilities.
• Participates in unit committees and quality improvement activities.
• Delivers patient care using standards of care and hospital policies.
• Documents clearly in the EMR and uses information systems relevant to the job.
• Identifies patient needs, prioritizes assessments, and revises care plans daily.
