Job summary

NCH Healthcare System Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Women’s & Children’s Pavilion in Naples, FL. The role encompasses independent nursing planning, implementation, and evaluation with direct patient care and leadership responsibilities on the unit.

You will participate in teaching, unit committees, and quality improvement activities, with minimal supervision and a focus on patient safety and care standards within a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the State of Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• Intermediate computer knowledge: Uses Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care.
• Provides direct nursing care to patients and assumes teaching and leadership responsibilities.
• Documents clearly and consistently in the EMR and supports unit quality improvement.

Education

Florida RN/APRN licensure

BLS certification (ARC or AHA)

Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
