Job summary

Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Pediatric Emergency Department in Naples, FL. The role provides direct pediatric emergency care for patients aged 0–18, with independent planning and collaboration in a fast-paced ED.

Per diem, 12-hour night shifts, and opportunities to contribute to quality improvement and staff education are offered. Florida RN licensure and BLS/ALS/PALS certifications are required; pediatric ED experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute care.
• At least 1 year of Emergency or 1 year of pediatric ICU acute experience.
• Florida RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in pediatric ED.
• Coordinate care delivery and patient/family teaching.
• Maintain pediatric ED certifications and participate in SDM and quality activities.
• Provide leadership and precept new staff or learners.
