Job summary

Pediatric Specialty Care in Point Pleasant, PA is seeking Registered Nurses for night shift and weekend-only opportunities. The role features 12-hour shifts with a night differential of $5.00 per hour, and a location accessible from Bucks County, Lehigh Valley, and Central New Jersey.

Experience in NICU or step-down NICU is highly valued; nurses with pediatric long-term care experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania or multi-state license (NLC) including eligible states such as OH and WV.
• Valid BLS/CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience with medically fragile/technology-dependent children is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care based on each resident’s medical, physical, psychosocial, and developmental needs.
• Assess resident conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
• Recognize and respond to changes in a resident’s condition.
• Carry out treatments and clinical interventions per nursing practices and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with providers, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Help coordinate resident-centered care across shifts and disciplines.
• Guide and monitor non-licensed care team members within RN scope.
• Support clinical quality, resident safety, and regulatory compliance.
