Pediatric Specialty Care – Point Pleasant, PA is seeking an RN Supervisor for part-time day or night shifts. This role offers night differential and a 12-hour shift pattern with one shift per week and every-other-weekend requirements.

You will provide clinical leadership, support nursing staff, coordinate responses to changes in residents' conditions, and collaborate with the care team to maintain continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license in good standing or an active multistate RN license with PA authorization.
• Nursing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Clinical judgment for medically complex pediatric residents.
• Strong communication, organization, and team-support skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and nursing oversight during the assigned shift.
• Support nurses and direct-care team in delivering safe, individualized care.
• Monitor resident needs and coordinate timely responses to changes in condition.
• Serve as a clinical resource for guidance, assistance, or escalation.
• Promote clear communication during the shift and shift-change reporting.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary partners to maintain continuity of care.
• Reinforce clinical standards and a calm, coordinated care environment.
• Foster a supportive workplace where residents are treated with dignity and respect.
