Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with a pediatric patient in the family’s home in Fremont, Nebraska.

This full-time night shift position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. The LPN will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, providing skilled nursing services according to orders and documenting patient data.

Qualifications

• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Must be licensed as LPN/LVN in Nebraska.
• TB test or Chest X-ray current.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and document nursing diagnoses.
