Job summary

Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH is seeking a Night Shift CNA (0.6–0.9 FTE) to provide basic patient care under RN supervision. The role requires completion of a nursing fundamentals course and Ohio CNA certification; CPR/BLS is required.

Duties include collecting vital signs, documenting data, and assisting with procedures while ensuring HIPAA compliance. The position offers 7:00 pm–7:30 am shifts, every other weekend, and a starting wage of $19.10 per hour with night and weekend

Qualifications

• Completion of fundamentals course from an approved nursing program, or equivalent certification or experience.
• Active CNA certification in Ohio, or equivalent education or experience; CPR/BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Collects, documents, and reports vital signs.
• Promotes patient safety and assists with procedures; maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
