Responsibilities

• Collect, document, and report vital signs and data to RN or Care Manager.
• Promote patient safety, assist with procedures, and prepare materials as delegated.
• Maintain environmental standards, stock and clean unit areas, and perform clerical tasks as needed.
• Complete continuing education and participate in offered training; may train other staff.
