Johns Hopkins Medicine in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Patient Care Tech Intern - CNA for the Surgical Inpatient / IMC Unit. You will work under a nurse's supervision, perform routine patient activities, and support nursing staff with patient care tasks.

This 32-bed unit provides floor, telemetry, and 9 intermediate care beds across thoracic, urology, vascular, trauma and general surgery services. The full-time night shift (36 hours) offers growth toward a PCT I after required training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Maryland required.
• Entry-level clinical skills to support nursing personnel.
• BLS CPR certification required: AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted.
• Clinical Technician Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist nurses with routine patient activities.
• Document and report patient care procedures as directed.
• Support nursing staff with delegated duties and patient comfort.
