Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform diversified and complex clerical duties, lead lower level staff as needed.
• Act as team leader for the switchboard/call center team and provide backups.
• Coordinate patient transportations and referrals including DMEs and insurance calls.
• Resolve issues related to insurance plans and patient complaints/escalations.
• Reconcile daily co-payments delivered by PSRs and maintain scheduling data.
