Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register or pre-register patients, verify benefits and collect payments.
• Answer questions from patients, visitors or staff or refer to appropriate sources.
• Post payments to patient accounts and reconcile payments.
• Coordinate with internal departments for external requests and refunds.
• Liaise with external vendors and review debits, credits, refunds and allowances.
