Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, ID is hiring a Patient and Equipment Transporter. This position is responsible for the internal transport of patients and the distribution of assignment equipment.

The role is part-time with overnight shifts (roughly 11pm–7:30am) and coverage to assist with sick or vacationing teammates. Daily Pay is available; there are no insurance benefits or paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• American Heart Association BLS for HealthCare Provider certification required.
• Customer service or patient care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to questions and requests promptly with excellent customer service to patients and staff.
• Coordinate with the team to dispatch transporters appropriately.
• Follow procedures for equipment decontamination, inspection, and delivery.
• Demonstrate transfer techniques and use of transport equipment as needed.
