Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, ID is hiring a Part-time Patient and Equipment Transporter. This role handles the internal transport of patients and the distribution of assignment equipment, ensuring safe handling and timely service across hospital units.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma and BLS certification; prior customer service or patient care experience is preferred. Shifts are overnight on a rotating schedule, with Daily Pay available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS/HCP certification required.
• Prior experience in customer service and/or patient care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to questions and requests with a high level of customer service to patients and staff alike.
• Coordinates with team to dispatch transporters appropriately.
• Execute established procedures for decontamination, inspection, delivery of equipment and customer service relations.
• Demonstrate use of transfer techniques and equipment as needed.
