Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, ID is hiring a Part-time Patient and Equipment Transporter. This role focuses on the internal transport of patients and the distribution of assignment equipment across the facility.

Shifts are rotating, typically afternoon/evening (e.g., 2pm–10:30pm). The position offers Daily Pay benefits but does not include insurance benefits or paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Healthcare provider Basic Life Support (BLS/HCP) certification required (American Heart Association).
• Prior experience in customer service and/or patient care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to questions and requests promptly with excellent customer service to patients and staff.
• Coordinate with team to dispatch transporters as needed.
• Follow procedures for decontamination, inspection, and delivery of equipment and for customer service relations.
• Demonstrate transfer techniques and equipment use as required.
