Job summary

Maimonides Medical Center invites applications for a Full Time Patient Care Tech role in the Nursing SICU. This position offers a 11:15PM–7:15AM night shift with a 37.5-hour work week in a leading Brooklyn hospital environment.

Qualifications include a NYS CNA or EMS training, a completed PCT test with 75%+, and at least 1 year of direct patient care experience. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant Program or NYS CNA program or EMS Training.
• Must pass Patient Care Technician (PCT) Test with 75% or greater.
• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience.
• Strong technical skills for patient care; good oral and written communication.
• Good interpersonal skills; ability to communicate in English as required.

Responsibilities

• Weekend shifts.
• Weekdays/Weekends rotate.
