Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of nursing assistant training or equivalent.
• Experience assisting with patient procedures and activities of daily living is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with physical, respiratory and cardiopulmonary therapies and report changes to RN.
• Document in medical records and communicate with health care team.
• Support with meal trays, transport patients and respond to call lights.
• Perform core nursing assistant tasks including vital signs, intake/output and specimen collection.
