Job summary

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma and BLS certification with CNA/NCMA/NCPCT or related credentials; one year health care experience preferred and a commitment to safety and patient‑centered care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Certified Nursing Assistant, NCMA, NCPCT or equivalent credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Support admissions and discharge processes and ensure patient safety.
• Observe patient status and report changes to the nurse promptly.
• Assist with daily activities and maintain unit safety standards.
• Document patient information as directed and assist with care coordination.
