White Oak Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Patient Care Technician for our department who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As a Patient Care Technician, you will perform various service duties and routine technical tasks such as vital signs and activities of daily living under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Successful completion of a CNA or first year Nursing School Program and CNA exam required.
• Maryland CNA license required.
• BLS certification required.
• English language proficiency required.
• Physical ability to lift, bend and turn.
• Experience in acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide vital signs and activities of daily living under RN supervision.
• Follow care plans and receive report from RN.
• Ensure safety and proper equipment handling.
• Participate in department education and meetings.
• Contribute to professional development and wear a positive image.
