Qualifications

• Direct patient care under RN guidance.
• Follows written and oral instructions.
• Performs routine tasks using standard procedures.
• Requires basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs general patient care (bathing, hygiene, feeding).
• Records vital signs and patient observations for RN/Physician.
• Assists patient mobility and range of motion.
• Administers venipunctures and collects specimens as directed by RN.
