Job summary

Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis County is seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant to provide direct patient care on the ACCU unit. The role supports licensed nurses, helping with ADLs, vital signs, and patient safety in a fast-paced environment.

The position is full-time (36 hours/week) on the night shift (7:00pm–7:00am), with holiday and weekend rotation and benefit eligibility. CNA certification is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required.
• Certified Nurse Assistant license required.

Responsibilities

• Implements direct patient care under the supervision of the nurse, assisting with ADLs and vital signs.
• Collects patient information and reports status changes to the nursing team.
• Assists with patient and family education and documents care activities.
• Ensures supplies and equipment are available to meet patient needs.
• Participates in activities promoting patient safety and quality care.
