Job summary

Qualifications

• Successfully completed first semester in an accredited nursing program or
• Successfully completed a medical assistant or patient care technician program or
• A certified CMA/MA/RMA, CNA, or EMT certification may substitute for education requirements

Responsibilities

• Implements identified plan through coordination of care with interdisciplinary care team.
• Collaborates with the care team to reach expected outcomes.
• Communicates pertinent data to staff in a timely manner.
• Promotes infection prevention and standard precautions in all care activities.
• Assists with activities of daily living and vital signs documentation.
• Supports lifelong learning and clinical skill development.
