Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary care team to promote health and wellness.
• Communicate pertinent patient data to staff in a timely manner.
• Promote infection prevention and standard precautions.
• Assist with activities of daily living and record vital signs.
• Document observations and changes for the supervising nurse.
