OneCHRISTUS is seeking a caregiver to provide basic patient care under nursing supervision for nights. The role focuses on assisting with activities of daily living, feeding, and monitoring vital signs to support patient safety and well-being.

Responsibilities include reporting changes to nurses or doctors and assisting with procedures as needed. A high school diploma and BLS certification are required, with hospital experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Provides basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
• BLS required.
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Aufgaben

• Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• Answering patient calls and helping patients with eating, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Feeding patients, measuring and recording their food and liquid intake.
• Monitoring and documenting patients' temperature, blood pressure, and other vital signs and reporting changes to nurses or doctors.
• Assisting nurses or doctors with medical procedures and dressing wounds.
