• HS Diploma or equivalent required with one of the listed certifications
• Basic Life Support Certification required

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and assist with activities of daily living
• Monitor vital signs, mobility, and ambulation; assist RN as needed
• Perform phlebotomy, point of care testing, EKG, specimen collection, and IV care; ensure patient safety and accurate documentation
