Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Block 1 Nursing / MA / NA / EMT or 6 months healthcare experience required.
• BLS certification required; CNA/EMT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under licensed supervision.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to caregivers.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Record accurate care data in medical records.
