• Assists patients with bathing, grooming, hygiene, feeding, and use of adaptive equipment.
• Assists with lifting, positioning, and transporting patients.
• Monitors vital signs and documents daily measurements.
• Obtains weights and records heights, temperatures, pulses, respirations, and blood pressures.
• Performs range of motion exercises and restorative procedures as instructed.
• Provides daily catheter and perineal care and assists with bowel/bladder functions.
• Collects and delivers specimens to the lab and documents findings.
• Reports changes in patient condition to the nurse promptly.
