Qualifications

• Education: None.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under licensed nurse supervision.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly to the nurse.
• Assist with ADLs including hygiene, mobility, nutrition and comfort.
• Document accurately and maintain a safe, clean environment.
