Job summary

A high school diploma or GED and BLS within 30 days are required. This role emphasizes patient safety, teamwork, and compassionate care for diverse patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read/write in English are required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate observations clearly to the RN.
• Maintain constant observation of high‑risk patients as assigned.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs and input data.
• Assist with treatments and procedures and prepare supplies.
• Ensure patient safety and follow restraint policies as directed.
• Respond to patient needs with respectful communication.
