Sentara Careplex Hospital in Hampton, VA is hiring a Patient Care Tech for the Emergency Department. The role is nights, full-time with 20 scheduled weekly hours, and includes shift differentials and potential bonuses.

As an unlicensed caregiver, you will assist with patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, support admissions and discharges, and monitor patients for changes in condition, while adhering to safety guidelines and hospital policies.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED required.
• CNA/CPCT/NCMA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience in healthcare setting is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care under supervision of a nurse.
• Support admissions and discharge processes.
• Comply with patient safety practices and report changes to the nurse in charge.
