Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Care Tech for the Emergency Department night shift at Highland Park Hospital. This full-time 36-hour weekly position runs 7pm–7:30am with rotating weekends, offering experiences caring for patients across a busy ED.

The role emphasizes teamwork, patient safety, and accurate charting, with CNA training preferred and BLS certification required. The position includes benefits and growth opportunities within a major healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the US.
• Completion of an accredited CNA training course preferred.
• Completion of at least one nursing clinical rotation in medical or surgical nursing preferred.
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association.
• If BLS is not current, obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including teamwork and the ability to prioritize and follow directions.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Support nursing staff with patient care activities during the night shift.
• Assist with patient movement and transfers when non-emergency.
• Monitor patients and read/record charts as required.
• Comply with PPE protocols including N95/PAPR when applicable.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the shift.
