Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age.
• BLS certification within six weeks of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter - Child and/or Dependent Adult Abuse training within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Delivers assigned patient care and treatment under supervision of an RN or LPN.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living (hygiene, bathing, ambulation, feeding, dressing).
• Monitors patient safety, performs routine checks, and documents vital signs and observations.
• Interacts with patients and families to provide comfort and information as directed.
• Operates and maintains equipment as assigned and assists with procedures.
