Job summary

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates genuine care for the patient with active listening and respectful communication.
• Active participation in RN/CNA handoffs and unit huddles.
• Communicate with patients to ascertain needs and offer assistance.
• Answer patient call signals and assist with ADLs, ambulation, and mobility.
• Document observations and report to nurses; maintain safety and infection control.
