Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent required
• CNA/NCMA/NCPCT or equivalent certification or in clinical program enrollment considered

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and assist with activities of daily living
• Monitor patient conditions, document changes and report to RN
• Perform phlebotomy, EKG, specimen collection and basic procedures
• Assist with mobility, ambulation and IV procedures as directed by RN
