Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• BLS certification within 6 weeks of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter training within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care and treatment as delegated by an RN or LPN.
• Observes patient conditions and reports changes to the nurse.
• Assists with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Prepares patients and rooms for procedures and transfers.
• Responds to patient calls and ensures safety.
• Collects specimens and operates selected equipment.
