Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care and treatment as delegated by RN or LPN.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Responds to patient calls and ensures safety during rounds.
• Measures intake/output and records vitals and glucose tests.
• Initiates or assists with emergency safety measures when needed.
• Sets up equipment and prepares rooms for procedures and transfers.
